Is there anywhere I can get a personal loan if I have bad credit and no mortgage?

or dip into your R.R.S.Ps if you have any.i went to credit union and consolidated my bills ,where i have just that one bill to pay.

It really depends on what type of debt you have. If its credit card dept then there are several options like American consumer credit counseling to consolidate them into one payment. However you’ll not be able to use the credit cards again and you’ll have to close the accounts once they have been payed off. If you owe money to a loan office then it’s not going to be as easy. Some of the options there would be family or a family member co signing a bank loan. Be aware though that banks hate loaning money without collateral and getting a loan past $10000 without collateral is next to impossible. Again all this depends on what type of debt you have. Have you tried Propser.com? It is an on line loan auction and people make bids on your the loan amount you need. But you must pay it back. No collateral needed. Just a bank account.
