Will i qualify for a mortgage with no money down?

February 17, 2010 · Posted in no money down mortgage

I have a credit score of 590 and i make 1500 a month.

You won’t be able to get a traditional mortgage with that credit score, but there are options.

I can put you in touch with private money lenders who aren’t bound by the same constraints as traditional mortgage lenders and banks.

Email or message me, and I can forward you all the info you would like.

Getting a mortgage with zero money down with the information you have provided, is very difficult these days. Lender would need to be assured that their money will be secured. If you have any collateral that might help. Good luck.References :

Try a USDA home loan. The loan is only for rural areas and is no down payment. With a USDA loan you don’t have to have private mortgage insurance and that will lower your monthly payment. The lowest score they will take is a 580.

Go to http://www.rurdev.usda.gov/ to get more info about the loan. Then go to eligibility.sc.egov.usda.gov/ to see the areas that you can buy in with this loan.

If you don’t mind living outside the city, this is a good option for you.

Good luck and start saving every penny that you can! :) References :

Lenders don’t do 0 percent down anymore since the big real estate crash. Most of lenders require at least 20% down or even 30% down if you don’t have good credit score. If you buy new house directly from some builders, they may offer you some good package that you’re able to put less down payment but not no money down.References :
